I wonder...

Like I said once before, we live in a world where people are always busy and stressed out and over worked. But most of them want to find time for dating, wants to find time for a relationship. Then the ones I come across are overbooked with "WORK." But I find them having time to "PARTY" with their friends. Sigh.... Is it me or them? The world is changing and love is decreasing, and self love is increasing and to love somebody is to be selfless towards them.

How is that possible with the circumstances at hand with society? People WANT RELATIONSHIPS just to have somebody, or not be alone, or they want one TO COME UP ON WEALTH OR WHATEVER BENEFITS come with it. Is true love only really by CHANCE ALONE? Or by the hands of GOD? That means with the desire in my heart must die out for it to be lit again?

Walking around seeing couples in hands or in arms with one another and you walking the cold streets alone. Is that really the fun part of being single? I think not. We even make ourselves busy and full of activities to make ourselves so called "HAPPY" I must be the only person that see this huh? Everybody must be tapped in the matrix. 'm the only one that's freed. Thats why I'm alone right?

My writing skills

This is my first semester in CSUF and my first composition class. I never really had a chance to wirte an essay in English. I'm glad I'm in this class because I've learned a lot about wiriting. Writing has always been my weakness. It always takes me a long time to come up with ideas. Especially, time writing has improved my wirirng ability.

knowing to have a good writing skill is very important. However, I was struggling in writing when I started working on my essay in the begining. I had no idea about the essay structure before I started this semester. I didnt know what thesis statement, topic sentence, supporting sentences and conclusing sentence were. Putting ideas together and organizing them in a logical order are the most important things that I've learned in this class.

I think my writing has definitely improved in the first 8 weeks. I'd like to learn more about adding coherence and letting my essay flow better in the next 8 weeks. I cant believe it's already halfway into the semester. Time really flies. Hopefully my essays will get better and better in the next 8 weeks.

My favorite movie

My favorite movie of the whole time is Peral Harbor. It came out in 2001. The story is based on the World War II. Pearl Harbor was attacked by the empire of Japan by surprise on a Sunday morning of December 7, 1941 which brought the United States into World War II. As well as the attack on Pearl, it also features the Dolittle Raid which just shows how American pilots were prepared to bomb Japan, knowing they were likely to die in the process.

The movie is about the life changing events that happened on December 7, 1941 and the war's impact on two good friends-one from the U.S. Army Air Corps (Josh Harnett) and the other from the British Royal Air Force (Ben Attleck)-and a beautiful nurse (Kate Beckinsale), whom both of them fall in love with. The genre of this movie falls in Action/Adventure, Drama, Romance and War.

Titanic used to be my favorite drama movie but after watching this, there is no question about what my favorite movie is, Pearl Harbor. It was not what I expected, I thought that it would just be a sappy romance, but it turned out to be so much more. It was a great romance and wonderful action film, the best drama I have ever seen. Having Josh Hartnett playing one of the leads is an added bonus. It's definitely a well-worth watching movie.

Online Shopping

Have you ever shopped online? If so, did the product meet your expection? Online shopping is a fast growing industry in recent years. Everyone probably has different answer to that question. Some people might have bad experience from shopping online, some might not. However, what are the advantages of shopping online?

There are two main reasons why online shopping has become popular. First of all, Shopping online is easier for people who doesn't like to go out. They don't need going to every store to find what they want. They can simply sit in front of computer comparing products while surfing or chatting online. Secondly, there are some products that are not easy to find within the area they live in, therefore, shopping online is the wonderful choice without traveling far.

I'm speaking from experience. Those are two reasons that I like shopping online. Although, some products dont meet my expections sometimes, I still think shopping online is very convenient. All we have to do is to choose carefully and be awared of the scam. I hope everyone enjoys shopping online as much as I do!!
